Peer Web Application UX

Project Objective: Analyze the current version of the Peer Web Application through competitive analysis and user interviews to identify opportunities for improvement with the current iteration.  Compile a list of opportunities through those learnings and prioritizing that list and establish a roadmap for execution.  Update the look and feel of the application as a whole as part of the complete rollout of the updated version and rebranding of the Peer Web Application.

Process: Define user work flows and journeys through site mapping and workflow diagrams.  Analyzing the current MVP of the peer web application and compiling a list of opportunities for improvement to user experience and prioritizing that list.  Creating personas as a source of truth to align on Kindly Human’s key target audience for this application. Finally, creating a full library of responsive components to implement into the application to establish a library of patterns and consistency and create efficiencies in development and user experience iterations.

Result: A clean and intuitive update to a legacy application that makes it easier for users of our platform to manage their call scheduling, profile settings, payment information and history, and other administrative tools.
